Manchester United 5 LA Galaxy 2

It was a friendly…but the gulf between Manchester United and LA Galaxy was there for all to see. The Red Devils budding talent, Marcus Rashford looked the leanest and fittest. He played like he had a point to prove. I predict he has a better season in the Premier League than 70 million pound boy, Romelu Lukaku.

On the flip side, LA Galaxy have cemented their star on the MLS walk of fame, but this particular team is a shadow of the glorious past. The Galaxy need to be on their toes as LAFC, the noisy neighbours 2.0 are making some serious noise down the 110 freeway!

Premier League Grades & the New Season…

As the new season approaches, I’m joined by Oliver Wilson to hand out grades for last season and also look at how they’ve improved their squads in this insane transfer market that has gone totally balls up nuts! Who is Grade A material and who is failing miserably?

You can find Oliver @O_J_Wilson. Follow me @soccerdiva. Also this coming season, I’m joining the Gooner Girls Ramble podcast for some Arsenal chat…and much more! Check out www.thegoonerramble.com for deets!

Gooner Girls

Very proud to be part of this all female Arsenal & lifestyle podcast, Highbury & Heels! Love these smart women who know their football and how to enjoy some good old fashioned fun and banter. You can follow all the girls here @GoonerGirl1969 @simaelamine @SoFire!

The Gooner Ramble

The North London Derby is always an epic event on the Premier League calendar. We chat it out, we break it down and slice it right up on The Gooner Ramble. From Alexis Sanchez to Harry Kane, tactics, team spirit and predictions, enjoy the honest dialogue. Thanks to @10akhil and @invertdwhinger for the invite and superb conversation. Follow @goonerramble for more.

Premier League Friday Night Lights

The Premier League goes Friday Night Lights on everyone! We love it and think fans we love it too. We also chat all things Pep and look at whether or not Pep is getting used to the league or does the league need to get used to Pep’s genius? Should Man Utd panic? Have Spurs bitten off more than they can choose playing at Wembley? Get stuck in. Join the conversation.

Man Utd Break Bank for Pogba

Paul Pogba becomes the first 100 million pound Premier League player and the most expensive footballer in the world! Really? More than Messi, Ronaldo, Suarez and Neymar? Do you think Paul Pogba deserves the tag?

Will his return to Manchester United be different this time around? Can he become the next hero at Old Trafford? Will he ignite the Red Devils the same way he did Juventus? So many questions. Why not put your feet up and join the conversation.

Verbal Memo | Battle for 3rd & 4th…

The fight for the Premier League title is over. Anything can happen between now and the end of the season, but the chances Manchester United fold like cheap lawn chairs and concede the title to Manchester City once again are slim.

Robin van Persie is the gift from Arsenal that keeps on giving. The Dutch dynamo is in emphatic form and an absolute goal machine scoring nineteen in the league alone. His transfer from the Emirates to the Theater of Dreams could decide which team is crowned champions of England. And it’s looking more like the Red Devils with every football weekend that passes.
